Aluminum casting hole processing spiral tap "ACHSP"

Direct processing of female threads into casting holes is realized! Processing time can be shortened.

The "ACHSP" is a spiral tap designed for aluminum casting holes that allows direct tapping into the casting holes, thereby reducing processing time. It uses a super-fine particle carbide alloy that combines moderate hardness and toughness.
